Ellerslie Update -- July

Hey everyone!
Wow!! Where did the time go? You mean I only have two weeks left here at Ellerslie? It seems like just yesterday I was writing my last update. . . .
My nine weeks at Ellerslie have been truly wonderful. Some highlights have been Mr. Ludy’s deep and challenging teaching, sweet times of fellowship with my Ellerslie brothers and sisters, spending time with and helping a family in the area that has a two year-old girl and ten-month-old triplet girls (can you say cute?!), and times spent pursuing a deeper relationship with Christ as an individual.
I often find myself wishing that all of you (and everyone else I know and love) were here with me hearing and seeing everything that I have seen and heard. It has had a deep impact on my life, and I wish every one of you were here sharing in the blessing. What a beautiful truth that the Lord is not confined to one place, but that He can meet each of us where we are and work in each yielded heart for our good and His glory. What an awesome God we serve!
Some prayer requests are:
*That the Lord would be able to use this time to the fullest, and that He would continue conforming my heart and life to His pattern;
*That He would give me a greater understanding of His nature, and a deeper relationship with Him;
*That He would prepare me for what He has in store for me, both in the near future as I go home, and for my next steps after that.
Thank you all again for your prayers and support!
May the Lord bless you abundantly with His sweet presence!
In Him,
~ Leah
